Consolidated Accounts

You've had a great run. Your business has boomed, and one or more parts of it are now big enough to split out as standalone entities. Or you operate at multiple locations, and you prefer to run each as an independent entity. Either way, it's important you can understand financial performance across all of the entities you manage, and this is where consolidated accounts come in. They help you keep score at the group level, helping you to build a better business.

Frequently Asked Questions

Accounting and compliance are critical for every business. So we understand if you have questions. We address common concerns in our FAQ - but feel free to reach out at any time if you can't find answers to your questions.

What’s counted as a bank transaction?
Any unique transaction we account for in your company bank (and credit card) accounts. And here’s the kicker, we only count unique transactions as our technology allows us to bundle duplicate supplier transactions. For example, 10 Amazon transactions count as 1.
How can I submit for Staff Expenses and Accounts Payable?
You just scan/upload or forward to a dedicated email address all your expenses and bills transactions. This can be a photo of the item, a .pdf or a screenshot. We extract all the relevant data. All that’s left for you to do is approve or reject!
Why do Nominee Director prices vary?
The higher the fee, the more experieced the Director. Depending on the complexity of your business and it’s ownership structure, it can make sense to pay more for an experienced director so we give you the option.
How do I find out what is needed to complete my accounting for a given period?
At Lanturn, we use the Zave platform that allows you to communicate with your accountant and corporate secretary via tasks. We also keep track of all your major deadlines through our portal (like tax filing and your Annual General Meeting) so you are always in the loop.
How long will it take to incorporate a company in Singapore?
Using our online incorporation tool, we can gather all the information we need from you in a few minutes. After this, we will request some documentation as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Once this is received back this can usually be completed within a day.
Do I need to be present in Singapore to incorporate a company?
Many of our clients use our services remotely to manage their corporation from abroad. Our Incorporation tool, Nominee Director and Mail - Scanning service mean the organisation can be managed remotely. Please note according to Singapore regulation setting up a bank account will require an in-person meeting.
How can Lanturn help me set up a new corporate bank account?
We can work with OCBC to provide you with an account that fits your needs. Part of this process we organise includes an onsite meeting with the bank representative
